Ingredient:
1. 1 (16oz) jar spaghetti sauce;
2. 8 oz. ricotta cheese;
3. 8 oz. mozzarella cheese;
4. 4 oz. cooked Italian sausage;
5. 6 lasagna noodles.
Preparation:
1. Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce (enough to cover bottom) to a baking pan;
2. Lay 2 lasagna noodles on top (Lasagna noodles do not need to be cooked ahead of time);
3. Spread half of ricotta cheese on top of noodles;
4. Sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese and half of sausage;
5. Lay down two more noodles, cover lightly with sauce and continue as before;
6. After remaining cheese and sausage have be added, lay down the remaining to noodles and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce;
7. Cover lasagna with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 60 minutes or until noodles are softened;
8. Lasagna Recipe Serves 4.
