Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredient:
1. 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
2. 1/2 cup light brown sugar;
3. 8 tablespoon(1 stick) unsalted butter;
4. 1 egg;
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda;
7. 2 1/4 cups flour;
8. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips(semi-sweet);
9. 1 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped

Preparation:
1. Adjust oven rack to top 1/3 of oven;
2. Preheat 300F;
3. Sugar + Butter, Egg + Vanilla + Baking Soda, Flour + Salt, Chocolate chips + Nuts;
4. Place 8 balls(5cm diameter), spaced 4 inches apart;
5. Bake 18 minutes;
6. Make about 20 cookies.
* Store at room temp in airtight container for up to 3 days.

Thumbprint Jammies

Ingredient:
1. 2 cup flour;
2. 1 teaspoon baking powder;
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt;
4. 1 cup sugar;
5. 3/4 cup(1 1/2 stick) butter(margarine);
6. 1 egg;
7. 3 tablespoon milk;
8. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
9. 1/2 cup favorite seedless jam.

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350F;
2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt;
3. Mix sugar and butter till creamy;
4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla till blended;
5. Mix #2 and #3 and #4;
6. Drop dough with tablespoon, 2 inches apart;
7. Bake 6 minutes;
8. Press a small indentation with melon baller;
9. Fill 1/2 teaspoon jam into indentation;
10. Return cookies to oven and bake 12-14 mins.

Wheat Crackers with Chili Cheese Sauce

Ingredient:
1. 1 bottle(10.1 FL OZ) Trade Joe's Sweet Chili Sauce
2. 1 package(8 OZ) Trader Joe's Cream Cheese
3. 1 package(9 OZ) Trader Joe's Redwood Guilt Wheat Crisps Baked Wheat Crackers

Preparation:
1. 30 seconds Microwave Cream Cheese;
2. Mix Sweet Chili Sauce and Cream Cheese;
3. Spread some on Wheat Crackers.

Pecan Pumpkin Cheese Pie

Ingredient:
1. 1 can(15 oz) Trader Joe's Organic Pumpkin Filling;
2. 1/2 cup whole milk;
3. 2 large eggs;
4. 3/4 cup brown sugar;
5. 1/4 tsp salt;
6. 1 cup(8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese;
7. half pkg(4 oz) Trader Joe's Unsalted Dry Toasted Pecan Pieces;
8. 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend;
9. 1 pkg(2 quantity) 9" pie crust.
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients (1 - 8);
2. Bake in 375 F;
3. 45-50 minutes.
