Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredient:
1. 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
2. 1/2 cup light brown sugar;
3. 8 tablespoon(1 stick) unsalted butter;
4. 1 egg;
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
6. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda;
7. 2 1/4 cups flour;
8. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips(semi-sweet);
9. 1 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped

Preparation:
1. Adjust oven rack to top 1/3 of oven;
2. Preheat 300F;
3. Sugar + Butter, Egg + Vanilla + Baking Soda, Flour + Salt, Chocolate chips + Nuts;
4. Place 8 balls(5cm diameter), spaced 4 inches apart;
5. Bake 18 minutes;
6. Make about 20 cookies.
* Store at room temp in airtight container for up to 3 days.
