Pah Thai

Ingradient:
8 oz Rice Stick Noodles;
1/3 cup Water;
1/3 cup Lime Juice;
3 tsp Fish Sauce;
1 tsp Rice Vinegar;
3 tsp Sugar;
1/2 teasp Cayenne;
2 teasp Roast Peanut Oil;
2 cloves Garlic;
2 Shallot;
1/2 peeled Shrimp;
2 Eggs;
1/4 cup Roast Chopped Peanuts;
1 cup thinly Scallions;
1 cup Cilantro.

Preparation:
1. 20 min boild noodle not fully drain;
2. mixed all;
3. stir fried shrimp with oil, garlic, shallot, then eggs 3-4 mins;
4. noodle, fish sauce, peanuts, sprouts, till cooked;
5. cilantro.
