水煮鱼
1. 没刺的鱼切成块;
2. 加料酒+花椒粉+鸡精+码味包(1), 腌三十分钟左右;
3. 锅加油烧热,加入酱料包(2)炒香(可加10-20颗干海椒-干辣椒);
4. 放鱼,加水煮20分钟(中火);
5. 先把(豆芽、大白菜)用开水烫开,放在事先准备的大碗里,再把煮好的鱼倒在上面;
6. 将干料包(3)倒在表面(可以放香菜);
7. 把油加热(冒烟),浇在表面,完成。
